Turbo multiuser detection: An overview

Abstract

For low-complexity joint channel decoding and multiuser detection, turbo multiuser detection is discussed. It uses an iterative exchange of information between two processes. Turbo-coded division multiple access system is the recent application of this area. Discussion on further recent developments is also included.
