Abstract
At low Landau level filling vector, the transition from electron solid to the fractional quantum Hall (FQHE) states was observed. Each of the developing FQHE states appeared only above a filling-factor-specific tempeature and in a certain temperature range. It was because of the melting of an electron crystal and FQHE liquid formation. The FQHE states followed the series of composite fermion (CP) states from v = 1/6 and v = 1/8.
