Thermal Management of Solar Modules with Infrared-Antireflective Coatings

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceeding › Conference contribution

Abstract

Infrared-antireflective coatings can help to reduce the operating temperature of PV modules. We estimate the temperature reduction for silicon PV modules for five locations in North America and the effect on the annual energy yield.
