Abstract

Non-relativistic negative bosons interacting with infinite mass positive particles via Coulomb forces are shown to be unstable in the sense that E₀ ≤ -CN^{5 3}. This agrees with the previously known lower bound E₀ ≥ -AN^{5 3}.
