Abstract
We consider the behavior of two-dimensional spin-glass films within a phenomenological scaling theory introduced previously. We examine the crossover from two- to three-dimensional behavior as the film thickness is varied, both near the bulk three-dimensional transition temperature (assumed to be nonzero), and well below it. The recent experiments of Kenning, Slaughter, and Cowen on Cu: Mn films are briefly discussed.
