Abstract

An n-doped GaAs multiple quantum well sample near the integer quantum Hall ground state was used to determine the optically pumped nuclear magnetic resonance measurements of Ga spectra. A tilted plateau is obtained in the Knight shift data at lower temperatures which shows quasiparticle localization. The frozen limit spectra obtained rules out the presence of a 2D lattice of conventional Skyrmions.
