Abstract

Spectra of germanium and selenium injected into the PLT tokamak plasma were observed in the 50-350-A region for Ge XIV-XXV (K I- to O I-like) and Se XVI-XXIV (K I- to Na I-like). A number of 3p**k-3p**k-**13d transitions predicted by isoelectronic sequence extrapolation have been identified. Also, previously identified lines from ions in the Al I- to O I-like and K I-like isoelectronic sequences have been observed in the tokamak plasma.
