Abstract

13C NMR analysis of the solid, labeled bis(allyl)rhodium chloride dimer suggested a structure simpler than that reported previously as determined by X-ray crystallographic analysis. Reexamination of the solid-state structure of this compound showed it to be consistent with the simpler, NMR-determined structure.
