Abstract
The transport behavior in a two-subband quantum well at half-filled high Landau levels was explored. Both the transition to an anisotropic transport state and the rotation of the direction of anisotropy by 90° were quantitatively explained by the unidirectional charge density wave (UCDW) picture.
