Abstract
The goal of the article is to show that the event horizons of the spacetimes constructed by Klainerman and Szeftel in the proof of the nonlinear stability of slowly rotating Kerr spacetimes (a0,m0) are in fact sufficiently regular null hypersurfaces. The results remain valid for the entire range of |a0|/m0 for which stability can be established. We show, in fact, that they depend on a much weaker set of smallness assumptions than those derived by Klainerman and Szeftel.
