Real-time 3D single-particle tracking spectroscopy for cellular dynamics

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contribution

Abstract

Biological macromolecules and organelles can move in all directions inside a cell, making it extremely challenging to follow biochemical processes with molecular resolution. We discuss a new technique that can potentially overcome this difficulty.
