Photoluminescence excitation spectra in T-shaped quantum wires

Abstract

We measured polarization-dependent photoluminescence-excitation spectra of high-quality T-shaped quantum wires at-5K, and revealed absorption line shape of one-dimensional (1D) continuum and exciton states resulted from strong 1D Coulomb interactions.
