Optoelectronic Plasmonic Metamaterials with a Quantum Cascade Structure

Abstract

Through transmission and reflection measurements, we show that the optical properties are preserved when a quantum cascade structure is incorporated into a plasmonic semiconductor metamaterial with negative refraction.
