N2 - This paper investigates the impact of non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) on wireless caching. Two NOMA caching strategies are developed, namely the push-then- deliver strategy and the push-and-deliver strategy, with the objective to improve the spectral efficiency of the two caching phases, content pushing and content delivery, compared to the conventional orthogonal multiple-access (OMA) based strategy. Both analytical and computer simulation results are provided to demonstrate the performance of the proposed caching strategies and verify the accuracy of the developed analytical results.
