Abstract
This paper demonstrates the implementability of the augmented weighted Tchebycheff procedure for solving multiple objective integer programming problems. A mixed 0-1 river basin water quality planning problem is used for purposes of illustration. The water quality planning problem is especially challenging because it possesses unsupported nondominated criterion vectors. The advantage of the Tchebycheff approach is that it can be used with large integrer MOLPs, can compute unsupported nondominated criterion vectors, and can deal with nonconcave utility functions.
