Research output: Contribution to journalConference articlepeer-review

An overview is given of the basic physics and design of semiconductor injection lasers with integrated nonlinear optical elements that support resonant intracavity interactions of laser modes. One or several laser modes serve as an intracavity optical pump for a variety of nonlinear optical processes.
