Abstract

Principal Singular Vectors (PSVs) are used to facilitate color image segmentation. This approach allows the derivation of feature-blocks with different object-based motions which can be divided into regions having consistent motion. It also enables images to retain a high degree of neighborhood property for improved image quality.
