Abstract

This paper presents a non-intrusive diagnostic for gaseous mixtures at elevated pressures. A mixture of CO and N2 buffer was studied at various concentrations in the 100 – 500 kPa total pressure range. The species of interest was selectively ionized using resonance enhanced multiphoton ionization (REMPI), and electron detection was performed using microwave scattering (MS).
