Abstract

A Quantum Cascade laser-based water vapor (H216O and H218O) isotope analyzer for fast, real-time measurement of δ18O in the urban environment with 1s accuracy of 0.74 %o was developed. The sensor was laboratory tested and the time series of δ18O in ambient outdoor air has also been acquired and presented.
