Abstract

Measurement of the plasma radial electric field was performed. Motional Stark effect (MSE) diagnostic was applied. Precise measurements of the state of polarization of the Stark components was made. A technique to measure plasma radial electric field was described which involves the change of the polarization angle of the MSE emission.
