Abstract
The manifestation of Berry's phase in Aharonov-Bohm (AB) oscillations in two dimensional systems of semiconducting InAs and GaAs with spin-orbit interactions was studied. The Fourier spectra of the AB oscillations containing well-resolved side peaks around the central peak were plotted. The results showed that the central peak occurred at πr2/(h/e), where r was the ring radius. The position and strength of the side peaks evolved within the range of magnetic fields over which the spectra were plotted.
