Abstract

The resistance of a HgTe-CdTe superlattice of layer thickness 110 /220 shows logarithmic behavior with respect to temperature below 30 K. The field-parallel and field-perpendicular magnetoresistance clearly distinguish between the orbital and spin-dependent scattering mechanisms, and confirm two-dimensional behavior.
