Lattice discretization effects on the critical parameters of model nonpolar and polar fluids

Abstract

The issue of how to estimate the effect of the lattice discretization parameter, ζ, on critical parameters of fluids was addressed. Specifically, the Exp-6 soft-core model for nonpolar fluids was considered. As such, no precise comparison between the monomer and dimer models can be carried out since only one ζ≥5 was considered in the earlier study.
