Abstract
The increase in the thermal Hall conductivity (κxy) between 90 and 30 K in high-purity yttrium barium copper oxides were investigated. The information on the quasiparticles were provided by the recent high-resolution angle-resolved photoemission (ARPES) experiments. The results showed that the κxy exhibited a specific scaling behavior below 30 K.
