Abstract
A summary is presented of some measurements in the frequency region near the superconducting energy gaps of five oxides. The different normal state behavior observed in nominally similar materials indicate that the gap values summarized here should be regarded with caution. Given this caveat, the results are consistent with the weak coupling BCS prediction.
