Abstract
The performance of a Ge bolometer cooled to 0. 10 degree K is discussed. A detector responsivity of 1. 1 multiplied by 10**7 V W** minus **1 and NEP of 5 multiplied by 10** minus **1**6 W Hz** minus ** one-half are expected. A single-cycle He dilution refrigerator with no moving parts is also described. 6 refs.
