Abstract
Freud’s efforts to trace and to codify the “preoedipalization? of the homosex- ual subject is largely responsible for establishing the perimeters of a sexology, which is founded upon questions of space, time, duration, gravity, and motion, and which continues to set the terms of the psychoanalytic debates on sexuality today.
