Abstract

The dielectric response of CaCu3Ti4O12 was analyzed using extrinsic models. The probable sources of inhomogeneity were found to be the various domain boundaries such as twin, Ca ordering and antiphase boundaries. It was observed that all six morphologies could yield dielectric behavior consistent with the theoretical predictions.
