Abstract

The observation of two different resonances in different regimes of the high B insulating phase (HBIP) was reported. It was analyzed that A resonance is observable for Landau level filling v < 2/9. It was found that A resonance shows dispersion with respect to the size of the transmission line. It was shown that a network analyzer generates and detects the rf signal, propagating along the CPW and couples capacitively to the two-dimensional electron systems (2DES).
