Abstract

The current-flow anomalies in the irradiated 2D electron system, which was exposed to dipole radiation up to 20 GHz, were discussed. It was observed that with higher frequency radiation, magnetoresistance oscillations were occurred. It was also observed that voltages were generated from internal to external contacts in the absence of applied driving currents, under radiation. The results show that the minima of the magnetoresistance oscillation described the incident power temperature dependence.
