Erratum: Gyrokinetic benchmark of the electron temperature-gradient instability in the pedestal region (Physics of Plasmas (2021) 28 (062505) DOI: 10.1063/5.0043006)

This erratum is to correct an error affecting the horizontal scale in Figs. 2, 3, and 5 in Ref. 1. The error resulted from using the proton mass (mi) instead of the deuterium ion mass (mD) when converting. from khqs to khqe. The tick values in the horizontal axis were off by (Formula Presented).
