The sugar mill will be the first in Cuba to export substantial amounts of electricity to the national grid. · Hosier and Sharma review all of the biomass energy projects that are currently being funded or are under consideration for funding by the Global Environment Facility. GEF commitments to these projects exceed $100 million.",
