abstract = "We have developed a new dual color infrared photodetector based on an asymmetric multiple quantum well superlattice. Theoretical simulations on the asymmetric superlattices show that two different absorption energies will contribute to the current in opposite directions. Absorption measurements on grown structures are compared with theoretical absorption spectra and a good agreement is obtained.",
