Abstract
We utilize the weak-localization effect in an array of one-dimensional channels to perform a quantitative measurement of the electronic phase coherence time at temperatures between 100 mK and 4.2 K in the two-dimensional electron gas formed in a (Formula presented) heterostructure. The measured times agree well with theories of dephasing based on electron-electron scattering.
