Abstract
The various constraints that lie in the successful designing of a cyclic Universe model were discussed. These constraints on the steepness of the potential were found to be strongly dependent on the amplitude of the growing mode density. Only four types of constraints were found to impose any significant reductions on the cyclic model. These constraints were reduced to a set of simple design rules including slow roll parameters in inflation and fast roll parameters analogous to these soft rolls.
