Abstract
Following the publication of this article, it was brought to the journal’s attention that portions of the text bear significant similarity to the authors’ previous work [1]. While the work is included in the reference list, the source is insufficiently attributed in the body of the article. This conflicts with IOP Publishing’s ethical policies which state that ‘Authors should always be clear and cite any re-used text in the manuscript, respecting relevant copyright conventions and permission requirements’. The authors apologise for the lack of compliance with the journal’s policies and for any inconvenience caused.
