Abstract

Microwave resonance for a high quality 2DES was surveyed over a wide range of B up to 20 T, and density n, between 5.7 and 1.8 × 1010cm-2, to cover v from 0.2 to 0.038. For all the n's considered, the resonance peak frequency, fpk, vs B exhibited a maximum. The linear behavior was interpreted as an effect of interplay between electron wave functions and disorder features.
