Abstract
A study was performed on correlated photon generation for quantum cryptography. The generation of correlated photon pairs using a four-wave-mixing process in a photonic crystal fiber was demonstrated. It was shown that a correlated photon source based on this technique can be useful for a quantum cryptography system.
