Abstract

Correction to: Nature Reviews Psychologyhttps://doi.org/10.1038/s44159-024-00277-1, published online 26 January 2024. In the version of the article initially published, in the “Incidental and integral emotions” section, the sentence “In one study, egocentrism was weaker among participants experiencing anger than those experiencing disgust, sadness or neutral feelings” has now been amended to “…egocentrism was stronger …”. Additionally, in the “Egocentrism effect” column of the “Emotions” row in Table 2, the text “…integral anger attenuate” has been corrected to “…integral anger amplify”. These corrections have been made to the HTML and PDF versions of the article.
