Contrast enhancing microscopy by multi-pass phase conjugation

Abstract

We have developed a bright field microscopy technique by phase conjugation and multiple transmission of a coherent light source. For microscopic biomaterial, we demonstrate all-optical contrast enhancement and aberration reduction.
