Contrast enhancement by double pass phase conjugation microscopy

Abstract

We demonstrate a bright field microscopy technique by phase conjugation and double transmission of a coherent light source. We achieve all-optical contrast enhancement and aberration reduction. Preliminary experimental results are shown for microscopic biomaterial.
