Abstract
A algorithm for testing the connectivity of controlled quantum systems having discrete set of N states was presented. The connectivity analysis can assesses the feasibility of a existing field that can transfer at least some amplitude between any specified pair of states. It also helps to identify statistically significant intermediate states linking a specified initial and final state. The connectivity analysis algorithm is based on the representation results of the dynamical Lie group of the system.
