Coherent electronic coupling in transition metal dichalcogenide monolayer

Abstract

We present two-color pump-probe spectra of excitons and trions in monolayer MoSe2. Isolated spectral cross-peaks reveal coherent exciton-trion coupling due to many-body interactions. Density matrix calculations suggest the formation of a correlated exciton-trion state.
