Abstract
An overview is given on the results in the presence of a tilted magnetic field revealing coherent intersubband-cyclotron coupled oscillations. The data has been obtained using a 400-Å one-sided modulation-doped GaAs-AlGaAs single quantum-well grown by molecular beam epitaxy.
