Abstract

The computer science department at Princeton University prepared a video that shows the use of polyhedral hierarchies in determining the intersection detection algorithms. The idea here is to create a hierarchy using a polyhedron and animate an algorithm to detect the polyhedron and planes' intersection. Presented in the animation are the techniques of its construction or formation.
