Abstract
An overview is given of the Coulomb drag data from the weak-to-strong coupling transition region of a bilayer 2DES at vT=1. The data reveal a strong anomaly in the longitudinal drag component at the transition which suggests the existence of phase fluctuations. The anomaly persists to surprisingly large layer spacing.
