Abstract

Correction to: Nature Biotechnology, published online 28 June 2021. In the version of the article initially published, in the “High-throughput DNA sequencing of genomic DNA samples” section of the Methods, the formula used to calculate product purity was incorrect, and has been updated to read “C•G-to-G•C editing yield ÷ (C•G-to-G•C editing yield + C•G-to-T•A yield + C•G-to-A•T yield + indels)” in the HTML and PDF versions of the article.
