Abstract

The low temperature resistivity and thermopower of variable density two-dimensional hole systems (2DHSs) exhibiting metallic behavior at zero magnetic field were measured. It was observed that the diffusion thermopower exhibits an anomalous sign reversal in a narrow range of density in the metallic regime.
