Abstract
A anomalous Hall heat current and the Nernst effect in the CuCr 2Se4-xBrx ferromagnet was analyzed. The variation of αxy with the hole density and lifetime τ in the ferromagnet was also measured. It was found that αxy is independent of τ at low temperatures, consistent with the anomalous-velocity theories. It was observed that fluctuations of the paramagnetic magnetization lead to a significant transverse electrical current that is proportional to the average magnetization.
