Abstract

We demonstrate an all-optical XOR gate with feedback using cross-polarizationrotation in a highly Ge-doped-nonlinear fiber. The optical feedback employs a TOAD to clean up signal and for wavelength conversion, resulting in a wide-open eye diagram.
